Nathan Outteridge wins the US Nationals/PreWorlds
Submitted by nige on Fri, 08/07/2009 - 14:24Three more races where run today with Scott Babbage dominating. If it had not been for his and Rohan's DNF's it may have been a very different top three.

We also got a spot on the Oregon TV Station KGW:

Day 1 reports
Submitted by nige on Fri, 08/07/2009 - 07:23Still no official results yet but we are working on making sure that does not happen for the Worlds.
We ran two races at noon and two more at about 4.30PM when the wind abated. Nathan and Rohan came out ahead and there is a good report on Sail-World:
http://www.sail-world.com/USA/Aussie-leads-US-Moth-Nationals/59933
More of the same is likely today, we will see how many races we can run before the wind builds too far, followed by a late afternoon finale.
